Courtney Field

Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts from Luther College in sociology and in women and gender studies. At CHDR, Courtney serves as a research analyst on the Residential History Team. In this role, she analyzes residential history data and creates residential timelines for participants of the Neighborhood Study.

Courtney has worked on several research projects related to improving healthcare delivery and outcomes during her time as project manager at Qualitative Health Research Consultants. She has experience leading violence prevention education as well as working in harm reduction direct action. These experiences have further developed her passion in advancing health equity and supporting the health and wellbeing of all communities.
