Yoli holds a Bachelor of Arts from Grinnell College in biology. Yoli’s area of focus is brain imaging, and she is currently a graduate research assistant investigating whether accelerated aging is related to area disadvantage. During undergrad Yoli had the opportunity to work at Dr. Barb Bendlin’s lab for two summers, which gave her an introduction to neurodegenerative research, and specifically research that uses brain imaging.
