Blood biomarkers for Alzheimer’s Disease that will be available in the near future will allow more accurate, timely, and accessible diagnosis, particularly in primary care. However, these tests may also raise new challenges around communication and decision-making. This talk will briefly review this background, and describe an early-stage research project to support decision-making about blood biomarkers in primary care.
