Yixuan holds a Master in Public Health and a Master in International Public Affairs from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

At CHDR, Yixuan serves as the Data Scientist in the Data Operations Team. He performs data wrangling and statistical programming for the Center. He also supervises undergraduate students on data cleaning and data entry projects.
