Grace George

Dr. George (she/her) completed her PhD in Neuroscience and Master’s of Public Affairs from University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she focused on using computational neuroscience to understand how parent mental health affected youth neurodevelopment. She then completed her Postdoctoral training at McLean Hospital via Harvard Medical School before returning to UW at the Center for Health Disparities Research. She is currently interested in how early life events can affect the development of Alzheimer’s and other Dementias. She also has an interest in family health policy and creating accessible treatments to help marginalized families.
