Aly holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in Biochemistry and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Epidemiology. At CHDR, Aly works with fellow Residential History Team members to construct residential timelines for Brain Bank decedents of the Neighborhoods Study. She also provides REDCap technical support to the Residential History Team when required.

Aly has worked under Dr. Kind since she was an undergraduate student in 2018 and transitioned into a research specialist position after graduation. Due to Aly’s extensive time with the team, she has a great understanding of the mission of CHDR to reduce health disparities and the work undertaken to achieve this mission.
