Ben attended Lawrence University for his undergraduate education, and graduated from UW-Milwaukee in 2022 with a master’s degree in Public History and a specialization in Archives. Before coming to CHDR, he worked at the Wisconsin Historical Society for two years as an archives assistant. Ben is an aspiring professional historian and author and is currently working with a publisher to put out his first full-length book, “Attention Kmart Shoppers: The Rise and Fall of America’s First Big Discounter.”
