Jenny Yuan

Jenny holds a Masters of Business Administration with a graduate certificate in strategic innovation from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resource Management from Upper Iowa University.

At CHDR, Jenny is the finance and grant administration manager, with responsibilities including serving as the fiscal and grant management point of contact, overseeing pre and post-award research administration, maintaining oversight over the broad CHDR budget and accounts, preparing financial projections, and more.

Jenny has spent almost 20 years in financial and research administration roles at the University of Wisconsin – Madison in the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs, the Wisconsin School of Business, and the Department of Soil Science, after working in the private sector for many years.

In addition to her work at CHDR, Jenny is also a committee member, and former co-chair, on the Region IV National Council of University Research Administrators (NCURA) DEI Steering Committee. Region IV is the mid-America section of NCURA and is made up of research administrators from Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
